Welcome to Flight Research Associates, Inc. (FRA)

Flight Research Associates, Inc. was established to provide the government and private industry with the highest level of customer service, technical, and operational expertise for aviation training, and research at an affordable cost.

Who We Are:

We are a unique association of pilots, air traffic controllers, and support personnel focused on the operational elements of the aviation industry. Our primary capabilities are in the areas of aviation training and research.

Our pilots include general aviation, rotorcraft, air taxi, and air carrier pilots with experience throughout the world.

Our air traffic controllers include those with en route radar, terminal radar, and control tower experience. Our associates have experience not only in the United States, operating under FAA regulations, but also experience in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East operating under ICAO flight rules and air traffic control procedures.

We also have an ongoing test subject recruitment effort for the NASA Ames Research Center Aviation projects. Please look at our Recruiting page for current projects and requirements.

Our Aviation English programs offer a full range of assessment, testing and language instruction. We are able to provide both testing and training. As the ICAO Level IV requirement is just around the corner, we are prepared to offer these services at reduced pricing.
